This modern and fully automated line was customised and it is used for producing fruit concentrates with the concentration of 70° Brix as well as natural and concentrated purée up to 32° Brix.

The use of thermobreak device, crusher for frozen fruit and multi-section pipe heater enable the processing of fresh and frozen raw material. This line is adjustable and it is possible to process apples, pears, cherries, strawberries, raspberries, black currants, cranberries, plums, peaches and apricots.
