Last week we were visited by this year's graduates of the Welding Technician and CNC Operator classes from our partner T. Kościuszko Technical School Complex in Leżajsk.

Thirty students visited B&P Engineering, accompanied by Chief Welder Mariusz Kostka, who showed them around the production halls while passing on his knowledge of stainless steel processing and welding.

The young visitors and their supervisors were able to follow the production process in the company, as well as take a look at the tasks performed by the individual employees. They were able to see how welding robots, a laser and a gantry 5-axis CNC milling machine work.

They then learned about the importance of respecting norms and rules in the working environment and what a high level of quality is. The students were impressed by the company's use of modern production machinery and innovative technology.

The visit ended with a company presentation combined with a quiz and lunch.
