This year from 23rd to 25th May in the "DoubleTree by Hilton" hotel in Lodz, the 21st International Symposium of the Polish Association of Juice Producers (KUPS) took place.

The leading subject of this year's event was the "Strategies of the juice industry in changing market conditions". Up to 230 participants from Poland and abroad, mainly senior managers took part in the symposium. In such a good company, representatives of B&P Engineering could not be missing. The company was represented by the CEO Mr.Tomasz MusiaƂ and Mr. Wojciech Mazurek from the Sales Department. - The main objective of this year's event was to familiarize participants with the current situation within the domestic and global market, as well as to analyze the current state of market potential and forecast phenomena that may affect the development of the juice industry - explains Ms. Sylwia Mowel from the Polish Association of Juice Producers.

During the symposium 24 lectures took place, which were divided in two thematic blocks:

  •          Juice market and raw material base for their production,
  •          New challenges and prospects for the development of the industry.

Speakers and panellists shared their knowledge, insights and vision of the future of the juice industry. In turn, the participants of the event had an ideal platform for industry and business meetings. They could also take part in workshops and discussion panels with the participation of domestic and foreign experts.

The international KUPS symphosium  has permanently entered the calendar of the most important events in the juice industry and has been granted the Honorary Patronage by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
