The meeting of the most important companies from the fruit and vegetable industry was incredibly well attended,with both guests and companies that shared their knowledge and presented the latest technological achievements and a wide range of new product lines - this year's meeting was attended by over 150 executives, specialists and technologists of the most important companies in the juice and concentrates sector.
During the seminar, we presented the MVR technology along with advantages of using mechanical vapour recompression in juice concentration using evaporation stations. The lecture was conducted by Mr. Matthias Frommeld, supported by Mr. Michael Latz from Bucher Unipektin AG and Mr. Artur Kiełb of Bucher Unipektin Sp. z o.o., presenting not only the benefits of implementing the MVR technology, but also ready-to-use solutions for aroma extraction using a multi-stage evaporation station, supporting his lecture with calculations showing the savings, cost-effectiveness and pro-eco attitude of four-stage MVR evaporation stations compared to standard six-stage TVR evaporators.
