Therefore, the newly commissioned production hall no. 5 provides:
- shorter implementation times
- increased treatment possibilities
- more stringent quality procedures
This new hall is the first one out of two, the construction of which started in 2017. This hall has the production area of 2600 m2 and it is equipped with two gantries and three cranes.
We bought four machining centres (two milling machines and two lathes). One of the machines is a 5-axis gantry milling machine with a sliding column, which allows to process details with the maximum size of 4 m x 3 m x 1,8 m and the weight up to 6 t/m2.
This milling machine is intended for processing elements with very complicated shapes, e.g.: aircraft engines, trolleys of locomotives and rolling stock, Kaplan turbines and covers, parts of cranes, etc.
Optimisation of production processes – shorter implementation times
Increased production area allowed us to further optimise production processes. A special space was separated for the adjustment of tools, as well as the tool cabinet.
Employees have quick access to the necessary milling and turning tools.
In order to provide our clients with the highest quality of offered products and services, a room for the measurement laboratory was also separated.
In this laboratory, the Quality Control employees conduct measurements with the use of specialized equipment.
Construction of the hall for manufacture of process tanks and storage tanks
Construction of the hall intended for manufacture of tanks is proceeding in accordance with the schedule. The following photos present the advancement of construction works of the second production hall.
The lower part is in the final stage of construction, while the higher fragment climbs up in order to finally reach 40 m in height. The biggest tanks will be created in this part.
