The picturesquely situated village Jaroszewice, in the eastern part of Little Beskids, once again Merkur Group (exclusive distributor for Poland enzyme preparations AB Enzymes), together with companys B&P Engineering and OptiFlow, held in May 9-11 the seminar for industry professionals and technologists of juice industry,

This year's edition brought together over 100 representatives of the management of the most important companies within the sector, producers and fruit processors, scientists, laboratory employees, as well as distribution and trade representatives.

This year's seminar was an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences, as well as to present our own research results and field for further discussion. – A particular note of appreciation to the organizers, who have prepared a very interesting program - emphasizes Piotr Bieniasz from B & P Engineering – There were interesting lectures and multimedia presentations, and polemics were an excellent opportunity to exchange point of view.

In the first dscussion panel, the representative of AB Enzymes GmBH thoroughly presented the subject of production of enzyme preparations and their role in fruit and vegetable processing. Another lecture led by Deputy Director of the Sales Department at B&P Engineering Mr Michal Powroznik, who introduced the audience to the emerging trends in the production of juices and juice production facilities for the NFC.

With the great interrest were also welcomed the representatives of OptiFlow and Endress+Hauser, as they familiarized the listeners with the technology of pumps used in fruit and vegetables processing, as well as rules for measuring density and concentrations in technological processes.

The crowning of eventful day was the tour, during which the participants of the seminar could visit the local basilica, the Market Square, the Monastery of the Discalced Carmelites, and the exhibition dedicated to Wadowice city, from childhood days of Karol Wojtyla, Pope John Paul II.
